We are Los Güereca, a family originally from Monterrey who, in 2020, took a big leap — leaving the city where we were born and raised to start a new life in Playa del Carmen, in search of the life we had always dreamed of for our family.

We were fortunate to have the support of our family here. My brother-in-law, founder of Top Investments Real Estate, and his family have lived in this paradise for over 30 years. Thanks to them, we found not just a new home, but a new passion: helping others achieve their dream of owning a piece of this paradise.

Since the day we arrived, we’ve fallen deeply in love with this land. We’ve learned to value it, to enjoy it, and to feel like a part of it. Today, we wholeheartedly dedicate ourselves to helping others who want to invest, live, or simply find their place in this magical corner of the Mayan world.

We truly believe that when you do what you love and share it with love, it shows. And for us, there’s no greater satisfaction than helping others find their place in paradise.
